1. 適用範圍與管理者
本政策適用於 Wedding RSVP Backup 個人 Windows 桌面備份工具及其公開資訊網站。這是一個由 Google 帳戶擁有人自行使用和管理的工具，不提供一般大眾註冊或賓客資料上傳。聯絡信箱：[email protected]。
2. 存取哪些資訊
經帳戶擁有人同意後，工具使用 Google Drive API 讀取指定備份資料夾內的檔案與中繼資料、建立加密備份、驗證上傳結果，以及對符合條件的過期備份執行移至垃圾桶的操作；使用 Google Sheets API 讀取及更新指定的私人試算表與核對同步結果。
試算表及備份所涉及的資料可能包含婚禮賓客姓名、出席意願、同行人數與餐點偏好。資料來源為帳戶擁有人指定的 Supabase 專案。Google OAuth 授權可能賦予較指定資料夾或試算表更廣的技術存取能力，但本程式設計目的僅限指定資源。
3. 使用目的
上述資料僅用於維護婚禮回函備份、同步、比對資料是否變更、驗證備份完整性以及處理失敗重試。不用於廣告、用戶剖析、資料出售或與無關第三方分享。
4. 儲存與安全
- Google OAuth 更新權杖與其他機密儲存於本機，使用目前 Windows 帳戶的 DPAPI 保護。
- Excel 備份經密碼加密後，存放於帳戶擁有人指定的私人 Google Drive 資料夾。
- Google Sheets 試算表透過 Google 帳戶分享與私人檔案權限保護，並非另加 Excel 密碼的加密檔案。
- 程式的排程狀態僅記錄時間、結果與通用錯誤代碼，不應包含回函內容或憑證。
5. 保存與刪除
此工具預定只將超過 90 天、且具有本流程標記的舊備份移至 Google Drive 垃圾桶，不執行永久刪除；沒有流程標記的歷史備份不會自動清除。原始 Supabase 回函資料及既有 Google Sheets 的保存由帳戶擁有人另外管理。
6. 分享、網站及第三方服務
本工具透過帳戶擁有人授權的 Supabase 及 Google Drive／Sheets 處理相關資料。不主動將 Google 使用者資料傳送給無關的第三方。此靜態資訊網站不要求登入、不提供憑證輸入表單，也未加入分析追蹤程式。
7. 撤銷授權與聯絡
帳戶擁有人可在 Google 帳戶的第三方連結設定撤銷本程式的 Google 授權，或停止 Windows 排程並刪除本機憑證。撤銷權限不會自動刪除既已建立的備份或試算表；如需刪除，請透過本人 Google Drive 操作。與此政策有關的問題可寄至 [email protected]。

Privacy policy (English summary)
This private Windows desktop utility is used only by its owner. With the owner's Google authorization, it accesses a designated Drive backup folder to upload and verify password-encrypted Excel backups and move eligible, script-tagged backups older than 90 days to trash. It reads and updates a designated private Google Sheets spreadsheet for RSVP synchronization. RSVP data may include guest names, attendance, party size, and meal preferences, sourced from an owner-controlled Supabase project.
Google OAuth tokens and local secrets are protected using Windows DPAPI. The Sheets document is permission-protected, not password-encrypted. Google API access may be technically broader than the specific destination files, but operations are designed to target only those files. The app does not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or disclose it to unrelated third parties. This informational site has no sign-in or tracking scripts.
